The Residence

The residence wanted to focus on the implementation of common spaces and open areas to establish a friendly environment and atmosphere. It allows for the residents to get to know each other.

During the school year, there are students and young workers aged 18-25 years of age that establish themselves in the residency. Pre Saint Jean is known for the multicultural diversification throughout the residents. The residency wants to promote an open mind and relationship; therefore, the staff is available to help, support and listen to the needs of the residents, as well.

The residence has 8 buildings that holds a total of 148 furnished rooms.

Rooms are individual with complete washrooms(shower, sink, toilet). There is a bed, a night table, a wardrobe, a desk, a shelf and a chair.

A blanket and bolster can be provided; however, sheets must be brought. The cleaning of the room is the responsibility of the resident (bring broom or vacuum cleaner, etc.). We do not accept animals.

Living Space

Every building has a common kitchen, with two stove tops, an oven, individual mini fridges and tables to eat at. Additionally, there is a student cafeteria near IUT open noonday and in the evenings (except Saturdays and Sundays).


The cafeteria is available to everyone with various machines offered for use

Espaces verts résidence

In a 3000 m² park, there is a football field, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and 2 ping-pong tables; however, you must bring your own ball.

Nearside : running parkour, skate park, lake, etc.

Meeting rooms are for rent throughout the entire year to companies, yet residents can use it to study when the rooms are vacant.
